News ReleaseSept. 22, 2005 COLFAX – HORSEPOWER Therapeutic Learning Center is inviting horseback riders and friends from throughout the Triad and beyond to the 11th Annual Ride-A-Thon beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8. Everyone is invited to collect pledges and ride the trail course on the grounds of HORSEPOWER. All proceeds from this event will benefit the scholarship riding program, which provides therapeutic riding for children and adults with disabilities without regard for their ability to pay. This year’s goal is $25,000. Please contact the office at (336) 931-1424 for directions and to RSVP, as we would be happy to provide lunch to you and your guests on the day of the event.
